About the Service

Tachles is a research and development project in its early stages. At this time the site presents a landing page and a form for gathering user insights and waiting-list signups. There is currently no active product, dating service, profiles, matches, or payments.

Eligibility and Use

The service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older only. By submitting the form you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree not to misuse the site, including:

• Submitting the form in an automated, repeated, or manipulative way.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limiting, or identification mechanisms.
• Entering false, abusive, inciting, or third-party-harming content.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) without express permission.
• Attempting to access other users' data.

Content You Submit

When you submit the form, you grant Tachles a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your answers for product research, statistical summaries, and design decisions. Your answers will not be published in a form that personally identifies you without your explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you enter. Do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, religion, or data about children) in free-text fields.

No Service Commitment

Joining the waiting list does not guarantee future access to any service, a launch date, specific features, or that the product will be launched at all. We reserve the right to discontinue the project, change its direction, or launch a product different from what is currently described.

Intellectual Property

The "Tachles" brand name, logo, design, text, and source code of the site are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or display the site's content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tachles, its operators, and its service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the site, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tachles against any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. An updated version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the site lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district, Israel.
