Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
We process your data for the purposes listed here:
- Market research and product development — analyzing survey answers to understand the needs of prospective users, inform design decisions, map the market, and assess product feasibility. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) given on submission.
- Sharing business insights — we may present aggregated results, statistics, charts, and insights derived from survey answers to investors, prospective business partners, advisors, and professionals, including in pitch decks and fundraising materials. Such data will be presented in aggregated or anonymized form and will not personally identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We will not use your data for third-party targeted advertising, advanced profiling, automated decision-making with legal effect, or sale of personal data.
Cookies
We use only strictly-functional cookies that are required for the form to work properly and to prevent duplicate submissions. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
- Cloud infrastructure and data storage providers — to host the site and securely store form responses and contact details. These providers may operate outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union, and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
- Performance and aggregate usage measurement providers — to understand site performance and usage, without collecting personal identifiers.
- Investors, business partners, and advisors — we may share survey data in aggregated, anonymized, or non-identifying form, including insights, statistics, and charts, in order to present market research findings and product potential. Personal contact details (name, email) will not be disclosed to investors.
- Email delivery and marketing service providers (if you join the waiting list) — to send newsletters and product updates. These providers receive only your name and email address.
- Competent authorities — if legally compelled by a binding order of an Israeli court or applicable law.
Any international transfer of personal data is carried out under appropriate legal mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Retention Periods
- Survey answers — retained as long as needed for product research, strategic planning, and sharing with investors. Aggregated insights may be retained indefinitely.
- Waiting-list name and email — retained as long as you wish to receive updates, until you request deletion, or until we cease operations.
- Abuse-prevention records — kept only for the short period needed for that purpose.
- Strictly-necessary cookies — for a limited period, or until you clear them from your browser.
